Hilton High School Senior Bash set for Mar. 2 at Total Sports Experience; donations accepted

Hilton Senior 2012 Parents: Plans are currently underway for the Annual Hilton High School Senior Bash. This event has been a tradition for years and is a "gift" from the parents to the seniors that provides a fun night to get together, bond and create some lasting memories all in a drug and alcohol free environment.  It is an over-night, lock in event that is packed with lots of fun activities, food and prizes.  Some planned highlights of the evening will include a hypnotist, D.J., photo booth, fun inflatables, air tattoos, games and lots of food.  Seniors have often said that this is the best night of their high school years!

The Bash will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 at Total Sports Experience from 9 pm Friday to 6 am Saturday morning. Please make sure you mark your calendars! 

How can you help: In order for the parents to provide such a fun and memorable event, we are asking for your help in three possible ways. Monetary Donation - First, in order to provide these activities we need to have enough money to pay for them. If you can possibly send us a donation, any amount would be helpful, but we would like to ask for $20.00.  It would be very helpful if we could receive donations before December 23, 2011.

Prizes and Food - During the course of the evening, prizes will be given out to students. We are busy asking local businesses for donations for both prizes and also food that will be used to feed our hungry seniors the night of the bash. If you or someone you know would be willing to make a prize donation (gift certificates, free passes, merchandise, etc.), or if you have a connection with a business (or possibly your employer) that would be willing to help us out with some food donations, please let us know.

Helpers and Chaperones - In order to plan this fun event, we need some parent volunteers to help with the organization. Please do not feel that this has to be a huge commitment. As much or as little time as you can spare will be appreciated.  We will be asking for parents to help chaperone during the night of the event. Please remember to keep placing your returnable bottles in the crate on the corner of Latta and North Greece Road.  All of the money from these bottles goes to the Senior Bash. If you would like to help collect these bottles, please e-mail fieldhockeyhcs@yahoo.com  Please remember that it is important not to wait until the last minute to make a donation because we need to know how much money we have so we can make plans, make reservations, pay for deposits, and begin the process of purchasing things to make this great event a huge success.!
