Three Hilton Central students
participate in Rochester Scholars Academic Enrichment
Programs
During Winter Recess, February 16-20,
2009, over 120 local school students attended the 2009
Winter Session of Rochester Scholars at the University of
Rochester including three Hilton students: junior at Hilton
High School Emily Jones who studied
neuroscience; eighth grader Joseph Tucciarello
who studied forensics; and seventh grader Robert
Wright who studied DNA. The Rochester
Scholars program is currently accepting high school and
middle school students’ applications for the upcoming 2009
Spring Session of Rochester Scholars, which runs during the
spring school break, April 20-24, 2009. The Spring Session
application postmark deadline is Thursday, April 2.
