School Senior selected to All-America Interscholastic Diving
Team
Hilton High School Varsity
Diver, Chris Iafrati '10, was selected by the
National
Interscholastic Swimming Coaches of America [NISCA]
as a member of the All-America Interscholastic
Diving Team for 2009-10. Chris was in NYS
Sectionals as a tenth grader and dove in States
twice. His dives were enhanced by many hours
of practice on a trampoline according to his
coaches. He holds two Varsity Diving Records.

of Athletics is Michael Giruzzi, right.
Selection is based on a series of dives
on a one-meter board videotaped and submitted to NISCA.
Chris was selected as one of 130 outstanding divers from a
pool of 500 submissions.
He plans to attend the University of
