Crimson Cadet Marching Band: all
interested gr. 6-11 music students are invited to learn more
about Marching Band
Marching Band Director Nancy Russo
Crimson Cadet Marching
Band offers students performing
opportunities including parades, trips, football
game halftime shows, and field show competitions as
well as participation in the award-winning Winter
Percussion Drumline which competes on the regional and national
level. Students can be involved in the marching
band as musicians - the marching band is accepting
new members who are quality musicians and have a
desire be a part of an intense high quality
performing ensemble; and as auxiliary - students
don’t have to be a member of the school band program
to be a member of the auxiliary - a background in
dance is a plus but not a requirement.
Students can
participate in both sports and marching band and can
get course credit for their participation in
marching band in grades 8-12. Students who play an
instrument in the marching band are required to
participate in the school day band program. Students
in the auxiliary do not have to be a member of the
day band program.
